Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial — full access, no charge, no card games. The trial exists so you can see whether Signalstac surfaces conversations worth your time before you pay anything.
If Signalstac isn’t for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be billed at all.
02How billing works
After the trial, Signalstac is $15 per workspace per month — a flat price covering unlimited members, with no seat math. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We email you a receipt for every charge.
03Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your workspace settings — no email required, no retention hoops. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
04Refund requests
Because every workspace gets a full 7-day trial, we generally don’t refund monthly charges after they’re made. That said, we’re reasonable people running a small product:
- If you were charged by mistake — for example a cancellation that didn’t go through — we’ll refund it, no questions asked.
- If you were billed for a renewal you clearly didn’t intend and reach out within 7 days, we’ll almost always make it right.
- If the service was materially broken for an extended period, tell us and we’ll sort out a fair credit or refund.
05Exceptions
We don’t offer refunds for partial months after a cancellation, or for charges older than 60 days. The X (Twitter) add-on runs on dedicated infrastructure and is handled on a case-by-case basis, separate from the self-serve plan.
06How to request
Email engineering@intellinesia.com with the email on your workspace and a line about what happened. We aim to reply within two business days, and approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 days.
